The Houston Texans’ annual native prospect day introduced a flurry of hopeful draft candidates to Strake Jesuit Soccer on Thursday, giving scouts a better have a look at hometown heroes who may quickly don the well-known deep metal blue and battle pink uniforms.
Amongst these showcasing their skills was Northwestern tight finish Thomas Gordon, whose Houston roots run deep.
His participation caught the eye of native media, with insider Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston breaking the information to keen followers.
