LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The lady accused of leaving a canine outdoors in excessive warmth for over 20 hours advised police that she fell asleep and forgot concerning the animal, paperwork stated.
On Saturday, Could 31, officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division responded to the 6800 block of Frances Celia Avenue close to Tropicana Avenue and East Russell Highway after the Clark County Animal Safety Companies requested help.
