The Division of Justice is reviewing pardons doled out underneath former President Biden, citing issues about whether or not Biden himself was making choices about clemency energy, a senior administration official confirmed to The Hill.
The official instructed The Hill that pardon legal professional Ed Martin will lead an impartial evaluation to find out if “unelected staffers” took benefit of Biden when it got here to pardons and commutations.
