LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — An indignant ex-boyfriend discovered his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend hiding in a closet and allegedly shot him execution-style, based on grand jury transcripts obtained by the 8 Information Now Investigators.
Jonathan Romero, 34, then fled the nation after the homicide in 2008 and was arrested roughly 16 years later in Mexico, Las Vegas Metro police mentioned. The 8 Information Now Investigators first reported his return to the U.S.
Final week, a Clark County grand jury indicted Romero for homicide with a lethal weapon, tried homicide with a lethal weapon, and housebreaking whereas in possession of a lethal weapon.
