LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The person accused of capturing and killing a married couple on a busy sidewalk in entrance of the Bellagio fountains may face the loss of life penalty.

Clark County District Lawyer Steve Wolfson mentioned prosecutors will think about looking for the loss of life penalty for Manuel Ruiz, 41, who’s going through two counts of homicide for the deaths of 44-year-old Rodney Finley and 43-year-old Tanisha Finley on Sunday, June 8.
