Four individuals have been accused in connection with a spate of burglaries, reportedly targeting victims through the LGBT dating platform Grindr.
According to the Metropolitan Police, the suspects are believed to have committed 35 burglaries and 20 associated frauds throughout London between October 2024 and March of the current year, impacting 22 victims.
Rahmat Khan Mohammadi, aged 22 from Harrow, and Mohammed Bilal Hotak, a 21-year-old from Hackney, face charges of theft, burglary, and fraud. They are scheduled to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on Friday.
Additionally, Mozamel Rahman, 29, and Ibrahim Yaqobie, 28, both residents of Harrow, have been charged with burglary and fraud offenses and are set to appear in the same court on Friday, August 8.
