LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The battery cost in opposition to HGTV star Tarek El Moussa, who was accused of a on line casino combat in Las Vegas, was dismissed, in accordance with courtroom paperwork.
El Moussa, who stars in a number of exhibits on the Dwelling Enchancment Community, was charged with battery after he allegedly punched and pushed one other man within the Palazzo on line casino on June 5. The incident was captured on surveillance video. El Moussa stated he was defending his father after one other man ran into his chair.
The case was closed and the cost dismissed on Aug. 5 after El Moussa accomplished impulse management courses, courtroom data present.
