LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Nevada’s unemployment fee remained at 5.4% in July as metro Las Vegas employment grew by 4,200 jobs from June to July, in response to the Division of Employment, Coaching and Rehabilitation (DETR).
Statewide, jobs elevated by 1,100 since June, DETR’s July Jobs Report mentioned.
“July’s report continues to show a relatively steady labor market compared to June,” David Schmidt, DETR’s chief economist, mentioned.
