The president of FC Barcelona, **Joan Laporta**, shared that players **Lamine Yamal** and **Pau Cubarsi** treated the entire Blaugrana delegation with hamburgers during the visit to the Ballon d’Or ceremony held on Monday, September 22, in Paris.
“On our way to the airport, as we were leaving, we all realized that we hadn’t eaten much throughout the day due to travel, preparation, and the gala event. We were really hungry.
While heading to the airport, Lamine spotted a place making hamburgers, and we decided to stop. Yamal and Cubarsi got out to buy them for everyone, and we ended up enjoying hamburgers on the way. They were delicious,” Laporta stated to RAC 1.
Yamal finished second in the voting for the 2025 Ballon d’Or.
