LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Information 8 Information Now obtained reveals a pattern of crashes involving Clark County Faculty District buses virtually doubling from 2023 to 2025 through the months when college students returned to the classroom.

From the span of August to October, college bus collisions almost doubled from 2023 to 2025.
Included within the October 2025 statistics is 12-year-old Haylee Ryan, who was driving her bike house on Oct. 6, close to Tropical Parkway and Decatur Boulevard, when she was killed.
“Breaks my heart that I lost my granddaughter, she’s just a beautiful person, she was a beautiful little girl,” Bev Jensen, Ryan’s grandmother, stated throughout an Oct. 11 vigil.
