DENVER (KDVR) — A preferred Colorado restaurant with a number of areas within the Denver space is increasing past the state’s borders with a brand new location in Las Vegas.
Chili Shack, which first opened in 2020, is a Colorado-based chain that’s recognized for its Mexican American choices, smothered in inexperienced chili.
What occurred to the 17 Michelin star eating places in Las Vegas?
The restaurant serves customizable burritos, tacos, quesadillas, enchilada plates, Southwest-inspired burgers and extra. The restaurant described the “soul” of its menu because the chain’s signature inexperienced chili, “which brings every dish to life with a perfect balance of heat, spice, and flavor.”
The restaurant’s founder and CEO has opened 5 areas in Colorado, with a sixth on its method in Brighton. Now, the founder has his sights set on his first location out of state: Las Vegas.
