An 18-year-old individual has lost his life following a stabbing incident that occurred on a street in west London.
Emergency responders were summoned to Victoria Road in Feltham around 5:00 PM GMT on Monday due to reports of the assault.
According to a statement from the Metropolitan Police, paramedics provided treatment to the 18-year-old for his stab injuries and transported him to the hospital, but tragically, he was later declared dead.
Two 16-year-old males have been taken into custody on suspicion of murder and possession of a weapon. They are currently held by the police.
Additionally, a 19-year-old man is also in custody after being apprehended on charges of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and having an offensive weapon.
Authorities indicated that the GBH charge is linked to an allegation involving one of the 16-year-old suspects.
The younger boy received treatment for minor injuries before being arrested.
Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo stated: “We recognize that this incident has caused distress within the community.
“I wish to reassure the public that this investigation is a top priority for us, and I hope the fact that we have made three arrests provides some comfort.
“Residents may notice an increased police presence in the area as we continue our inquiries, but we are confident that there is currently no threat to the community.”
