Las Vegas – Excitement filled Richard H. Bryan Elementary School on Wednesday as the Las Vegas Raiders hosted a vibrant Spirit Day to honor the school’s victory in the first-ever Lil’ Raiders School Challenge.[1][2]

Richard H. Bryan Elementary emerged as the champion among more than 250 elementary schools in the Las Vegas Valley that competed in the season-long Lil’ Raiders School Challenge.[3] Students participated in weekly academic competitions while donning Raiders gear to build enthusiasm throughout the football season. The program aimed to foster school spirit and community engagement through friendly rivalries.[3]
Principal Brandi Mora expressed her pride in the achievement. “When we were selected I was truly honored because there are over 250 elementary schools and we were one of three,” she said.[3] Earlier in the month, Raiders staff surprised winning classrooms at the school with prizes like stickers and donuts, setting the stage for the grand event.[4] The victory positioned the school for an unforgettable reward day with the Silver and Black.
